PPR Entries/Cut off date

Good morning to you all . The entries for ppr have been pretty slack in coming in this year . Due to the format for this event and the control tyre ordering we have to be mindful of the costs to the club .We also have lots of other costs which require forward planning . We would ask therefore please if anyone coming could make sure that they are booked in by the end of April so we can meet the tyre order deadline and please order what extra tyres you require . The first week in MAY we will confirm the numbers . IF the numbers do not meet the required financially to continue with the event we will be forced to cancel . If this is the case all refunds in full before we endure any costs will be issued in the month of MAY . We do not wish to go this route but also in the current climate can not leave ourselves open to losses .
