With the lockdown moving to stage one soon this gives us the freedom to meet up with 6 people not from the same household . The club has put some measures in place so practice may begin

We have decided that we will only permit MEMBERS ONLY FOR 2020 so if you haven’t joined as yet we suggest you do it asap . We will induct members 5 at a time on a pre arranged date and time on how we plan to run while operating under the guidelines . All members will be provided with a new yellow bib, you will be required to bring your own and wear it every time you enter the track . Face coverings are mandatory and must be worn at all times while on site you must provide your own ,race control will keep a small supply of bibs and face masks for sale at a cost of £5 each should you forget . We would prefer if you have to wear gloves you make sure you remove them and take them home as we wont be taking any rubbish. Hand sanitiser will be provided in the pit lane and the toilet area. All members must bring and provide their own soap . Any and all payments to the club will be via paypal which is (badmcc@talktalk.net ). Once we induct the members we will operate at first on a practice only basis due to the guidelines . This will be a wed evening for 6 persons at each track 5.30-8pm rock crawler and 1/8 Ebuggy only cost will be £5 per person . Saturday and Sunday practice sessions for 1/8 will be for 6 people each day cost will be £20 per day this will include live timing ,the pricing has been set due to the numbers and costs we have . As usual all members will be on the work rota , the only race meeting this year that non members will be permitted to attend the 1/8 track will be a 2 day event late Sept early October tbc .All practice sessions will be on a Rolling name basis with booking no further than 2 weeks in advance . This will be done using the clubs facebook page . You can only book one slot per weekend unless there is availability . We are sure there will be many questions and we will try to answer as best we can but for now as more information appears we will advise as soon as we can . The committee had prepped the track for the season and made the place ready to use all going above and beyond to keep thing going and we hope you enjoy.
